We want you to be transcended into a dining experience that you will not soon forget. We strive to always surpass our guest’s expectation, with our exceptional service. Here, as it always should be, our guests are our friends and will always be treated with special care and courtesy.

Allow the sounds of the spicy Latin beats take you to the Caribbean, where everything is relaxed. Here you may dine romantically, with your family, or linger with friends sampling our signature Tapas from Spain accompanied with our freshly made Sangria! Ole!

Now you may be asking yourself what is a Mojito? Or for that matter, what is a Tapa?

Here is a brief explanation, although tasting it is a whole other story! The best way to describe a Mojito, is it is a close cousin of the Mint Julep. Born in Cuba, it is a refreshing cocktail served with fresh mint and fresh lime. A muddler is used to infuse the flavors of rum with the mint and lime. A splash of soda adds the bubbles! Mmmmmmmmm! Cheers to Ernest Hemingway, who is best known for bringing the cocktail to South Florida in the late 50’s. Hey, check out our signature “Mojito Menu”, we have the largest selection north of Havana!

Now, as for the “Tapas”, they are small irresistible mouthfuls of something savory, recommended to be served with a chilled white wine, beer or Sangria! They are the national institution of Spain, eaten with enthusiasm in almost every bar and restaurant before lunch and dinner or as a late night snack…whatever your choice of Tapas- they are for sharing and lingering. Eating Tapas goes hand in hand with hospitality, friendship & lots of conversation. Enjoy the experience!

Lastly, let me tell you a little about my mom and me. We started this dream, and now is a reality! You will see me a lot in the restaurant and running around town. Mom now lives with me in Warrenton, enjoying her Mojito, and working as a hostess at the restaurant. So anyway, here we are with this life long dream of owning and operating a piece of us. We both love to cook and entertain friends and family. Before moving to Virginia 8 years ago, I lived in both New York and Miami, where Cuban restaurants are plentiful. And on any given day, you may find me on the second floor of the local Warrenton Long & Foster real estate office. Yes, that is my other passion.

I love the Cuban & Spanish kitchen and know you will too!
